Job Purpose:
Lead and grow the business in the Philippines and Thailand across online and offline channels. Responsible for driving commercial performance, developing market strategies, building distributor relationships, leading a local team, and managing the full profit & loss.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth, revenue, and market share
- Lead and develop a motivated commercial team (e-commerce, offline sales, and brand management)
- Manage and grow distributor partnerships in both countries
- Develop and implement a 3-year commercial strategy
- Own P&L management, including pricing, forecasting, and trade investments
- Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement
- Coordinate marketing, partnerships, and grassroots promotional efforts
- Track market trends and respond to competitive activity
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial experience in sales, business development, or brand management, ideally in FMCG or consumer-facing industries
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine and Thai markets, with experience managing distributors and key accounts
- Hands-on expertise in e-commerce and omni-channel development
- Proven track record of building teams and achieving commercial targets
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and strong financial acumen
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean environments
