Job Purpose:


Lead and grow the business in the Philippines and Thailand across online and offline channels. Responsible for driving commercial performance, developing market strategies, building distributor relationships, leading a local team, and managing the full profit & loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth, revenue, and market share
  • Lead and develop a motivated commercial team (e-commerce, offline sales, and brand management)
  • Manage and grow distributor partnerships in both countries
  • Develop and implement a 3-year commercial strategy
  • Own P&L management, including pricing, forecasting, and trade investments
  • Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement
  • Coordinate marketing, partnerships, and grassroots promotional efforts
  • Track market trends and respond to competitive activity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in sales, business development, or brand management, ideally in FMCG or consumer-facing industries
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine and Thai markets, with experience managing distributors and key accounts
  • Hands-on expertise in e-commerce and omni-channel development
  • Proven track record of building teams and achieving commercial targets
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and strong financial acumen
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean environments
