Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading fashion distribution and retail company. We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will be responsible in making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns. This role will be reporting to the Marketing Director with office in Taguig.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Shape the company's outward image by uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Identify what can attract customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • At least 5 years in the related field; with 3 years of managerial exp
  • Preferably from retail, fashion or consumer goods company
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Excellent written, visual and verbal presentation skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills for effective planning and execution of objectives
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and professional responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Eagerness to communicate outside of working hours on urgent and priority issues
  • Willingness to support the needs of other departments if necessary
  • Ability to work in a close-knit team setting
