Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Financial Technology company for the role of Business Development The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Business Development is a Hunter-based role and will be responsible in developing and managing the assigned area to effectively achieve the set target with the company's exciting and innovative product. Key responsibilities include from identifying new prospect, leading deal negotiations, and serving as the point of contact to maintain relationship with the developed clients.
Job responsibilities:
- Identifying potential client types and developing tailored pitch materials.
- Leading marketing activities related to our bank product offerings, such as drafting articles and content marketing, attending and speaking at conferences
- Generating and prioritizing lead sheets, contacting potential clients and scheduling introductory meetings.
- Serving as clients' first and main point of contact.
- Identifying, prioritizing, and engaging potential Brankas partners, such as financial services providers, payment processors/aggregators, enterprise SaaS companies, IT service providers.
- Identifying potential new channels, products, and partnerships to increase the reach and value of Brankas to bank clients.
Job requirements:
- You are a confident and clear communicator: whether it's a pitch presentation to a potential partner, a feedback call with a user, or a press event, you know how to craft the right message and listen actively
- Have at least 5 years professional experience in Business Development
- You actively seek out opportunities to learn and develop; you enjoy being out of your comfort zone and diving into new environments.
