| Business Development Executive
 Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational electronics manufacturing company. Our respective client is looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. This role will be reporting to the Manager in Hong Kong, requires onsite reporting and is located in Pasig City. Tasks and Responsibilities:
 Job Requirements:Identify good location for the new storesManage permits and licenses needed in opening storesEntice new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the businessWork with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growthRecognize researching opportunities to come up with new and existing marketsPrepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients and managementBring together efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a wholeConnect with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problemsEstablish positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clientsPerform Sales Executive duties as needed
 | Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related courseAt least 3-5 years work experience in Business DevelopmentStrong communication skills (both verbal and written)Successful track record in business developmentExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsProven ability to plan and manage budgetsHighly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personalityDistinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skillsFlexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
