Business Development Manager

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading karaoke company. We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will create new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships to meet and exceed their expectations. This role involves both onsite and field work, based in Pasig City, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new online and offline sales channels.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of domestic and international competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Oversee all tasks related to new business initiatives.
  • Formulate strategic plans and execute them effectively.
  • Define KPIs, manage performance metrics, and report on outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in managing procedures and processes for major offline shopping malls and appliance stores.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong initiative and ability to drive business development and sales.
  • Proficient in writing comprehensive plans and proposals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the home appliances industry.
