Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding of local market: size, clients, competitors, organization, access channels.
- Leading the BD team in conjunction with the region as well as whole company network.
- Developing the prospect database, manage and decide on sales process for all approached market.
- Deciding on local range of service & launch customization of generic services.
- Managing and remaining relationship to key accounts.
- To launch marketing operations to the mass market.
- Defining the pricing policy for the approval.
- Disseminating sales competences to local people in order to speed up the development.
- Responsible of the achievement of the certification target for Vietnam market.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent.
- At least 10 Year(s) working experience.
- English is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.
- Leadership/ management, well-organized, presentation problem solving skills.
- Good communication, decision making, customer services.
- Ability to work under high pressure environment.
