Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an innovative IT Service Company. Our highly respected client is seeking a Business Development Manager who is responsible for the completion of full-circle sales.

The Business Development Manager will be held accountable for driving sales growth in Thailand and Southeast Asia, manage leads, proposals and client negotiations.


Job Responsibilities

  • You will take the initiative in cultivating fresh leads, pursuing potential opportunities, and finalizing orders.
  • You will be collaborating closely with the specialized industrial and technical teams, notably those based in China.
  • You will play a pivotal role across the sales spectrum, encompassing lead generation, pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, bid submissions, and client negotiations.
  • Performance is evaluated based on the development and advancement of the sales pipeline, as well as the revenue accrued.

Job Requirements

  • Innately driven, displaying proactive enthusiasm and a constructive outlook
  • Quick to grasp new concepts.
  • Empowered to shoulder accountability and adept at troubleshooting
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the realm of intricate industrial IT solutions such as CMMS, ERP, and etc., or in advisory capacities for industrial clientele.
  • Proficient communication abilities in English, both written and verbal.
