Business Development Manager (Machine Tool)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of the multinational machine tool company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years of experience in machine/ cutting tool sales for the job of Business Development Manager. The job is based in Tangerang, Indonesia.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Directly report to Managing Director.
  • Responsible to sell advice-intensive products and serving qualified high-end clients.
  • Responsible for managing sales and business development in the Indonesian market.
  • Responsible to manage distributors and get new customers.
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Job Requirements
  • Having Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Having strong networking and knowledge in the tool holding industry.
  • Mastering strong communication skill and people skill
  • Mastering technical skills as well as sales skills.
  • Willing to be an individual contributor.
  • Mastering to speak and write English.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Indonesia
