Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of an international supply chain solution provider in Thailand. Our respected client is seeking a professional with proven sales and business development experience to expand their presence in Thailand. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Sales or Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients by helping customers achieve their cost and revenue goals by aiming to deliver the best supply chain solution. The winning candidate must have strong experience in customer relationship management and new client acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively uncovering new business potential and acquiring new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing customers.
  • Work closely with customers and provide sustainable solutions for them through the introduction of the company's service.
  • Control the monthly sales reporting process by analyzing and reporting measurements including orders, revenue, and the actual process to goal.
  • Identify problems and actively work with internal teams to provide efficient and effective solutions.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • Experience in Sales or Business development with Logistics and 3PL/4PL Supply chain background.
  • Ability to negotiate T&C and actively look for business opportunities.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and active personality.
