Business Process Manager (Healthcare)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading hospital group committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services and patient experiences. Our client is seeking a Business Process Manager to join their leadership team. This pivotal role will focus on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and aligning cross-functional processes with the hospital's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business process optimization, a solid understanding of hospital operations, and a proven track record of working closely with senior leadership to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and optimize clinical and non-clinical processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics across departments.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, ISO), and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to align process strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement through training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor KPIs and present actionable insights and progress reports to the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in process management, operational strategy, or business improvement, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale transformation projects and working with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent expertise is highly desirable.
