Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading homegrown financial services company, offering consumers technology-enabled solutions and a wide range of financial products and services. This insurance company is looking for a Campaigns MEdia Manager who has experience developing integrated marketing strategies and delivering business results from both online and offline channels. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.

About the role:
The Campaigns Manager oversees the performance of acquisition and engagement campaigns for Singlife's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) businesses through performance marketing channels: in-app, social, ASO, SEM/PPC, display, etc. and offline channels: events, activations, etc.

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar courses

Technical Skillsets:

  • In-depth and hands-on experience in developing integrated marketing strategies and delivering business results from both online and offline channels
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing concepts and principles, specifically in the realm of performance marketing: from customer acquisition strategies, app engagement strategies, affiliate marketing, database marketing, cross-channel campaign management, to analytics & attribution models
  • In-depth, hands-on experience on multi-channel digital media touch points: social, SEM/PPC, ASO, display, email, website etc.,
  • Intermediate knowledge/ experience on digital marketing tools & platforms is a plus: martech platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Firebase, AppsFlyer, headless CMS such as Zesty.io)

  • Opportunity Analysis - ability to define, gather, analyze and articulate marketing plans to rise above competition
  • Project Management - ability to plan, organize, delegate and manage resources to bring about a successful project
  • Financial Management - ability to orchestrate campaign budgets, cost estimates and invoices
  • Data analysis - ability to read data from dashboards to draw business insights that help drive data driven decisions
  • Stakeholder management - ability to work closely with internal stakeholders (rest of enterprise) and external partners (e.g. vendors or publishers)
