To assist the transaction banking business in executing the implementation of agreed-upon cash management, trade and supply chain solutions for customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale domestic/regional projects in cash management, trade, and supply chain.
- Actively support implementation across countries and serve as a central point for internal and external coordination.
- Monitor deals from initiation to go-live, ensuring compliance and managing customer documentation.
- Gather client feedback for product/service enhancement.
- Contribute to team productivity and assist in bidding processes.
- Focus on efficient workflow for timely revenue.
- Manage implementation risks and act as an SME on technical topics.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the head of department.
- Provide assistance to the Head of Cash Management on an ad-hoc basis
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in overseeing cash management implementations, with a preference for additional expertise in trade implementations.
