Lead the formulation and execution of the enterprise-wide strategy across all fintech business lines, ensuring alignment with Group-level objectives.
Partner closely with the Group CEO to shape long-term vision, strategic priorities, and growth roadmaps for the Indonesia fintech business.
Evaluate new business opportunities, product expansions, partnerships, and market entry strategies within the Indonesia fintech landscape.
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments (OJK, BI, and related authorities) to inform strategic decisions.
Support strategic initiatives including M&A, joint ventures, and ecosystem partnerships.
Translate strategic direction into clear business objectives, KPIs, and execution frameworks for business leaders.
Track performance against strategic goals and recommend course corrections where necessary.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across product, commercial, risk, operations, and technology teams.
Prepare strategic materials and insights for board-level and executive discussions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
15+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or executive roles within fintech or financial services.
Strong understanding of Indonesia's fintech ecosystem, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
Proven experience defining and driving enterprise-level strategy across multiple business lines.
Track record of leading or supporting strategic investments, partnerships, or M&A initiatives.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work closely with C-suite leaders.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
