Chief Sales Officer (CSO) (Consumer Electronics)

Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading consumer electronics company in Indonesia. Our respected client is looking for a driven, ambitious, and Strategic Sales expert for Sales Director role who has been in the Consumer Electronics industry for at least 15 years of experience. The job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating, enhancing, and executing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Creating strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Hands on in designing and implementing the organization's sales strategy.
  • Maintaining effective sales team by recruiting and training employees - including monitoring, appraising, and disciplining members of the team.
  • Working with other areas of the business to develop materials & market opportunities.
  • Recommend selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Assist the finance area with the following-up of clients with unpaid/late invoices; resolve issues or negotiate outcomes as required.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/ prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.

Requirements:

  • Having minimum experiences of 15 years in Sales Operations
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High level of analytical and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
