Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Technology Division is partnered and is recruiting on behalf of a leading restaurant technology start-up originally founded in New York city. Due to rapid growth and expansion, our distinguished client is currently seeking for an exceptional Client Services Specialist, Mandarin Speaker. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job Description:
As a Mandarin/English Bilingual Client Service Specialist, you must demonstrate several key attributes to be considered for this position. Included in this list are the following:

  • Mandarin Chinese speaking and typing ability
  • Professional fluency in English

Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer support to drive revenue and increase profitability for our client's business
  • Ensure client satisfaction with our product and services
  • Address clients' concerns effectively through various communication channels
  • Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with our clients
  • Maintain sustainable relationships with clients through active engagement and open communication
  • Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives in the most effective/efficient manner to resolve customers' issues
  • Coordinate with English-speaking colleagues/customers, translate and communicate their concerns to the Mandarin-speaking clients for resolution
  • Act as client advocate, liaise with their customers, mediate and settle disputes with their best interest in mind
  • Promptly follow up with the relevant parties to ensure resolution and customer recovery
  • Take orders from Mandarin-speaking customers for our clients
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / High School Diploma
  • Fresh graduates or applicants without work experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in Customer Service preferred
  • Proficient in Mandarin Language - Speaking, Reading, and Typing
  • Good English communication skills
  • Amenable to work on a graveyard shift
