They are seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and drive team excellence. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Clinic Operations Manager will lead daily clinical operations and workflow optimization. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-standard patient care and operational excellence through decisive leadership, team management, and strategic resource coordination. You will oversee a diverse cross-functional team and manage clinic budgeting to ensure long-term growth, and internal stability.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all daily clinical operations with a focus on efficiency, workflow optimization, and high-standard patient care.
Act as a decisive leader on-site, managing team dynamics and resolving complex issues through clear communication and emotional intelligence.
Manage a team of employees in the clinic across commercial, non-commercial, and nurse team departments.
Utilize an understanding of clinic budgeting and P&L management to support overall business operations.
Maintain a high level of energy and professional focus on internal business growth and management.
Manage vendor relationships and invent all necessary medical supplies and clinical equipment.
Facilitate effective communication between medical staff (Doctors/Nurses) and management to ensure all clinical goals are met.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field; a background in Business, Management, or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
Proven management experience within specialized healthcare, premium wellness centers, or high-end clinical environments.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong decision-making capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse, multidisciplinary team effectively.
Solid understanding of P&L management and clinic budgeting is considered a strong advantage.
Dynamic and high-energy professional approach, with a focus on driving internal business growth and operational excellence.
Ability to work Monday - Saturday, with the flexibility of a Work from Home (WFH) arrangement on Saturdays.
