Our client is a principal company that brings premium beauty products to more than 60 countries over the world. As business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Product Specialist to be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise: Serve as the support contact for healthcare professionals regarding the clinical demonstration, application, and post-sales trainings of our aesthetic medical equipment. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of equipment functionality, settings, and capabilities.
- Training and Education: Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals on the proper use of our equipment.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and educational materials to ensure proficiency and competency.
- Clinical Support: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize treatment protocols and achieve desired aesthetic outcomes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support and service to healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries, concerns, and clinical application issues promptly and professionally. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Product Feedback: Gather feedback from healthcare professionals regarding equipment performance, usability, and features.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Beauty, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of facial and body aesthetics enhancement techniques, procedures, and products will be helpful.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and attend training events.
