Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia, an executive recruitment firm is partnering with a leading medical aesthetic company in Asia to hire a Clinical Trainer. This role focuses on delivering product, clinical, and protocol training to internal teams and aesthetic clinic partners. This opportunity is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct product and clinical training for aesthetic clinics and internal sales teams
- Deliver onboarding, refresher, and launch training for energy-based aesthetic devices brands
- Provide protocol guidance, product knowledge, and post-treatment care support to clinics
- Support brand launches, workshops, and educational events
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align training with commercial goals
- Act as the key product and education expert for assigned energy-based aesthetic devices
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in direct sales, medical sales, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Knowledge of dermatology or medical devices is an advantage.
