They have a portfolio of construction products includes concrete and cement additives, building materials and technologies that ensure specified quality and enhance business productivity.

Job Summary:

Make the Account Managers more effective at their jobs by performing the duties and responsibilities enumerated below.

Key Job responsibilities include:

  • Update truck software - system wide mass updates by using the Company web portal to trigger the update process.
  • Set up new users in the Company web portal coming from requests from account managers.
  • Monthly customer account audit of Company web portal users.
  • Set up new plants in the Company web portal coming from requests from account managers
  • Enter new mixes and assign initial mix curves in the Company web portal coming from requests from account managers.
  • Capture appropriate information in Company web portal with issues and pass along to necessary individuals.
  • Research issues with loads and trucks in the Company portal like slump and fluid addition issues and specific requests from account managers.
  • Analyze data for issues and notify appropriate individuals when problems occur.
  • Provide reports and analysis to Company Program Managers.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a production support or client service role
  • Extremely quick learner with proven skills in trouble shooting
  • Self-directed, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and getting things done without supervision
  • Ability to excel in an interrupt driven atmosphere with competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization
  • Action-oriented attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Proactive
  • Willing to work flexible hours or shifting schedule as required by the business
