The company's operations encompass animal feed production, vertically integrated livestock operations, crop integration, aquaculture, and food processing . The office is in San Fernando City, Pampanga, Philippines with onsite work requirement.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Manage all labor-related legal cases, including employee disputes, union grievances, disciplinary actions, and collective bargaining violations.
- Represent the company in labor courts, tribunals, arbitration panels, and administrative hearings.
- Provide legal guidance and support during union negotiations, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) drafting, and interpretation of CBA provisions.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure efficient resolution of labor-related cases.
- Monitor and analyze changes in labor legislation, assessing their potential impact on company policies and operational practices.
- Achieve 100% resolution of labor and union cases within established timelines.
- Ensure all case outcomes are legally defensible and minimize the risk of reversals, sanctions, or penalties.
- Maintain a high ratio of favorable outcomes (e.g., dismissals, employer-favorable rulings, or successful settlements) relative to total cases represented in court or arbitration.
- Keep case backlog below 10% of the total caseload to ensure timely and effective case management.
