Job Description:
- From start - up to daily overall operational management of cross-functional teams including creative and client service and coordination with HQ,
- Ensuring best-of-industry customer service, strategy & quality to customers & prospects,
- Ensuring the achievement of monthly productivity, growth and client retention goals,
- Overall operational management of cross-functional teams including creative and client service,
- Working with the Finance Manager to ensure overall fiscal health and management of the local operation,
- Meet or exceed all country sales and revenue targets,
- Manage, motivate and mentor team members,
- Oversee operations and workflow to ensure highest productivity and quality,
- Handle employee relations and staffing-related matters,
- Proven ability to secure, sustain and expand high level relationships in the industry,
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients,
- Develop new opportunities and create business partners,
- Manage the offline and online marketing activities.
Job Requirements:
- Must have worked for at least 5 of the last 7 years to advise and deal in FX to retail and wholesale clients,
- Candidates with previous online trading experience are of particular interest,
- Strong knowledge of FX trading and Derivatives,
- Have strong computer skills,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Vietnamese and English,
- Excellent relationships in the Financial Service space.
