Country Sales Manager

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international CRM provider. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for Country Sales Manager position. The job is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of regional or national sales strategies
  • Good Experience in Vietnamese Market.
  • Good managerial capabilities and ability to lead by example.
  • Plan and coordinate prospecting goals and strategies.
  • Manage appropriate market business planning and related initiatives. Develop new business by utilizing strong cold-calling and sales abilities.
  • Identify target markets and assist in the development of a sales/delivery strategy.
  • Responsible for qualifying prospects, determining pain points, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Responsible for effectively managing the needs of the Company's customers in order to achieve the goals set out in the company's overall business plans and strategy.
  • As appropriate, manage sales demos and conduct status meetings.
  • Keep up with market and industry developments, as well as rivals and leading customer strategies.
  • Report on sales progress on a regular basis and collaborate with colleagues to improve sales.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 - 12 years of experience in selling technology product software, SaaS platform, CRM platform, IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and corporate presentations.
  • Fluent with English and local lingual for the region.
  • Understanding of CRM tools and customer expectations.
  • Deep knowledge of verticals, buying cycles and competition.
  • Good to have:
  • CRM selling experience
  • Through understanding of Microsoft, Seibel, Salesforce CRM system
  • BFSI Industry Experience
