Country Sales Manager (Cloud)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing SaaS (AI/ML) company in Indonesia a Country Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, approaching, qualifying, closing, and growing new opportunities and the organization in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the complete sales cycle and growing strategic accounts, making an accurate forecast, and committing to achieving it
  • Develop the territory / vertical / account plan to maximize growth and drive key industry and territory penetration
  • Leading a team of sales (business development and account executives) with escalating sales strategy
  • Full ownership of identifying, creating, developing, negotiating, and closing high-value opportunities positioning to enterprise clients
  • Driving new revenue by acquiring new customers
  • Own the entire commercial engagement from proposal development, pricing strategy, and negotiation to closing
  • Leading projects or programs within a function
  • Design mutually beneficial contracts to address customer requirements and balance the needs of both parties
  • Navigate through decision-makers and influencers

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of experience in SaaS, Cloud, or IT software companies and 3+ years in managing a vast team
  • Proven record in selling complex solutions to Enterprises to multiple client portfolios
  • Experienced in creating pricing proposals and managing contracts.
  • Solid understanding of the Technology Landscape in Indonesia
  • Experienced dealing with Enterprises and possess the ability to leverage contacts.
