Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious business school and research institution. Our highly respected client is seeking a CRM Coordinator that would assist in the execution of the end-to-end customer lifecycle process. The job is temporarily WFH set up, day shift and their office are in Makati City, Philippines.
Job summary:
Our dear client is looking for a CRM Coordinator will execute administrative requirements in the support and management of the CRM system, as well as in the coordination of job requests by internal clients in terms of customer journey creation, campaign attribution, email marketing, and segmentation, to achieve the business targets.
Key job responsibilities include:

  • First line of support in the use and management of the CRM system and other subsequent MarTech tools (business process, not technical)
  • Ensures full compliance of internal clients to the CRM-prescribed business processes (i.e., proper campaign tracking, compliance to contact policy, etc.)
  • Supports internal clients in all direct and targeted marketing activities, ensuring proper segmentation of customers database to achieve business goals
  • Supports the teams in their consumer engagement and execution of prescribed business processes. Provides the business with actionable business performance reports with recommendations.
  • Ensures that CRM processes are 100% compliant to applicable data privacy laws


Key job requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Communications Technology, Management, Business Administration, or another similar program
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in CRM
  • Business understanding in functional areas of marketing and Information Technology, basic digital marketing, and basic report generation from various sources.
  • Problem Solving/Analytical Skills - Builds a logical approach to address problems or opportunities or manages the situation at hand by drawing on own knowledge and experience base, gathering and analysing facts, calling on other references and resources as necessary, and identifying relationships.
  • Adherence to the standards, values and rules of conduct associated with one's position and the culture in which one operates.
  • Customer Orientation - The ability and willingness to find out what the customer wants and needs and to act accordingly, taking the organization's costs and benefits into account
  • With working experience in using CRM Tools, Advanced MS Excel, Targeted/Marketing, data management, data quality, and integrity management,
  • Detail-oriented, process-oriented, highly analytical, embraces change, fastpaced, resourceful, and fast-learner.
