Customer Sales Leader (Korean)

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational Industrial Products company.

Our client is seeking for a Sales Leader (Korean) who has strong experience in Business Development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential opportunities & approach customers to confirm needs
  • Identify customer problems and propose appropriate solution.
  • Prepare technical solutions and propose for customers
  • Negotiate with customers to close contracts and monitor contract progress
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Discover additional/new demands of existing customers and find solutions to meet their additional needs or requirements.
  • Coordinate with related parties to handle customer issues/complaints.
  • Manage, negotiate and renew contracts upon expiration
  • Survey industrial zones, EOM network and build good relationship with Industrial Parks Management Board, EOM
  • Set up and update market database in managed area (customers, competitors, EOM, …)
  • Build business plans with Project customers and regular customers.
  • Perform other assigned support and supervision tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Korean nationality
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Good English skills. Vietnamese skills is a plus.
