Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the biggest business process outsourcing companies that deliver top-notched services in marketing, customer support and emerging technologies. Our reputable client is looking to hire Vietnamese Customer Service Assistant who is amenable to work onsite and in shifting schedule. Company accommodation is provided and vehicle for pick up and drop off. The office location is in Ayala, Makati.

Job Summary:
Reports directly to the Team Leader and Supervisor. Handles all members' queries and complaints via live chat, emails, apps, and other company communication tools. Assist promoting products, informs, update and receive requests/ complains from the clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handles all members queries/complaints via live chats and applications in the specific area or market or language coverage professionally;
  • Performs telemarketing or call to establish good relationship with existing and new members;
  • Promotes products and provide quality services to achieve market dominance;
  • Identify clients with specific needs and forward their concerns to the appropriate department, supervisor or manager.
  • Monitor member's reactions and competitor's activities thru daily/weekly reports and submit to immediate superior;
  • Maintain close rapport and provide excellent services to customers.
  • To inform, update, receive requests/ complains and escalate to Supervisor
  • Follow up outstanding tasks on daily operations and technical issues and update via reporting systems.
  • Assist the marketing team to disseminate promotion information, persuade members to participate and encourage higher activities via live chats / phone or email communication process;
  • Collect data for marketing research.
  • Does all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.



Key requirements include :

  • Graduate or with Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the customer service, telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Able to handle demanding members professionally
  • Able to handle work pressure
  • Good communication, writing and typing skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • With working experience on the same field or related to sales or marketing background
  • Required languages : Good in English and excellent in native language. Ability to understand and communicate in English is required.
