Job Responsibility:
- Develop & design structured data framework which is scalable as basis for reporting/monitoring & to provide insight into digital underwriting
- Work together as part of risk management team to all directorates to develop data-minded culture by setting up basis for tracking, monitoring, insight and good communication channel to help the team scaling the business
- Develop data scientist team capabilities to be able to provide independent insights of business performance to the whole team
- Responsible for modelling works in AWDA, covering development, monitoring & revision of the model to ensure good model performance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering, or in a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields.
- Candidates must have broad knowledge and understanding of advanced statistical, machine learning, and/or big data.
