Digital Analyst


Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Digital Analyst on behalf of a leading Australian Entertainment Company with a legal entity in the Philippines. This role will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, and will be responsible to analyze qualitative data, trends and results aiming at improving the guest experience in all digital touch points. Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm in Pasig, City.

Job description:

  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing and business initiatives, handle ad-hoc analytic requests, and develop/automate regular reports.
  • Utilize database queries, spreadsheet models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and proprietary research methods to analyze external and internal customer data.
  • Evaluate customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the guest experience.
  • Prepare reports on findings, utilizing graphs to illustrate data and translating complex results into clear and understandable written texts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any analytics inquiries related to all digital channels.
  • Lead the implementation of tracking for all digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Experience with website/app analytics platforms such as GA4 and Firebase essential
  • Familiarity with Mobile Marketing Platforms (MMP) considered a plus
  • Proficient in Marketing Technology (MarTech) systems
  • Expertise in Excel and other reporting tools necessary
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset essential for identifying, researching, and creating relevant data intelligence analyses to drive overall business objectives.
