Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading distributor of known electronic brands. Our respected client is seeking a result-driven Digital Marketing Officer who will recommend and implement the overall company's digital marketing strategies. This position will directly report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Key job responsibilities include:
- Communicating and maintaining overall Company branding.
- Creating positive brand engagement and relationships with the target audience and sales force.
- Being a key facilitator and coordinator with marketing, creatives, sales teams, and external teams such as Advertising/Production/PR agencies, to help and support them in reaching and engaging a wider audience.
- Managing the development and launch of all digital campaigns across marketing life cycles for multiple brands, and a well-integrated (online-to-offline) execution of strategies and initiatives with specific measures and results in brand engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 4-5 years experience in a digital marketing/advertising position
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe, is an advantage
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
- Has experience in managing a team
