Director Compliance & Government Relation (Fintech)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading fintech company for the role of Director Compliance & Government Relation (Fintech).
As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with an extensive experience in legal, compliance, & government relation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing clear and business driven legal advisory on all legal aspect of company operation, product and services and strategic partnerships
- Ensure that we are on a good standing with government and association
- Ensure the fulfillment of all legal compliance for company, product, and services
- Ensure all stakeholders are up to date with the latest regulations and compliances
- Lead and take ownership of the regular Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners meetings
Job Requirements :
- Have at least 10+ years of experience working with proven management wins at top tier consulting firms, banking, law offices or fast growing Fintech start ups
- Solid track record and established network in financial services / financial technology industry
- Strong communication skills to advise internal and external stakeholders on new product launches
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
