You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in planning and implementing the sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and sale promotions. Your primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, leading a dynamic sales team, fostering valuable client and agent relationship, ensuring all the alignment of sale team and other internal parties, as well as ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class service to targeted clients


Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a successful sales and marketing business plan, according with the Management guidelines.
  • Develop all aspects of sales and marketing for hi-end properties.
  • Professional advice, training, supervision and supporting the development of the sales and marketing team, being responsible for each channel.
  • Develop a positive sales team environment through guidance, motivation, and mentorship.
  • Implement new distribution channels where possible, to guarantee business growth.
  • Guarantee business growth acquiring new customers and improving the existing client's relationships.
  • Maintain strong client and real estate agency relationship throughout Thailand and significant countries. i.e. China, Hongkong, Singapore, Middle East and Europe.
  • Cooperate with the Director to define and implement the annual budget plan, including preparing comparative data between budget and actual, providing regular reporting.
  • Create promotional Road Show for significant markets.
  • Anticipate, analyze and monitor new market trends, with the aim of adopting strategic initiatives and the best commercial organization accordingly.
  • Build, maintain and reinforce successful partnerships with key stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in a management role within sales and marketing. Demonstrable success in developing and executing marketing strategies and sales initiatives that have driven growth and market share.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, analysis, and effective communication in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize sales and marketing tools effectively.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
