Our respected client is seeking a seasoned engineer with years in machine construction, installation and fabrication in manufacturing company for Equipment Engineer position. The job is based in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The Equipment Engineer will be responsible to develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Check and review the progress of over-all schedule in order to accomplish 100% achievement rate and align with Equipment Set-up standard procedure
- Lead and supervise the testing and evaluation of equipment parameter based on Pre-Machine Design Review (Pre-MDR) and Machine Design Review(MDR), support in coordination with process engineering for quality related concerns in order to meet the requirements for management approval for High Volume Manufacturing
- Lead and supervise the Installation and qualification of equipment parts, Jigs and tools in order to improved productivity and quality
- Check and review fixed asset disposal documentation, control and supervise contractor/sub-contractor for dismantling activities in order to comply in the fixed asset disposal and safety standard
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical and Electronic Communication Engineering
- With relevant experience of 8 years in machine construction, installation and fabrication
- Can install and modify of PLC and Schematic Wiring Diagram Can do piping, and wiring installation and modification
- Knowledgeable of AUTOCAD Knowledgeable in Budget and Project Management
