Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an educational technology company. Our client is looking for a Finance Manager. This opportunity is currently in a WFH setup until further notice.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Global financial planning & strategy
- Oversee all the financial operations of the organization
- Analyze financial performance
- Oversee audit , internal control and tax compliance
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on consolidated financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Understand, analyze and align financial transaction(s) & operational data
- Participate in strategic planning, execution and review of overall plans and programs
- Prepare forecasts and comprehensive budgets
- Review departmental budgets
- Assess, manage, and minimize risk
- Analyze complex financial data
- Oversee performance of Associate Finance Managers and Accountants
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guideline
Key Job Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
- At least 5 years experience of Financial management or equivalent with broad knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Able to work in fast-paced working environment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Parent and Subsidiary financial statements preparation and intercompany transactions.
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing
- Experience with US taxes and filing is a plus
- Experience with ROHQ and PEZA is a plus
