Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG manufacturing company in Indonesia. Our client is currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of Finance Operation & Asset Controller Manager, to be based in East Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all factory-level financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement, focusing on fixed cost, conversion cost, and EBIT performance.
  • Act as a finance business partner and financial gatekeeper for the factory, working closely with department heads, regional finance, senior management, and project teams.
  • Lead factory KPI management by providing financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance standards across all finance activities.
  • Support and drive factory projects by providing strong financial insight and financial governance.
  • Develop robust business cases for short-, mid-, and long-term factory projects in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the factory finance team through guidance and coaching.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in factory finance, cost accounting, or operations finance within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven leadership, influencing, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Proficient in SAP, particularly the FICO module, with strong analytical and number-crunching capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, proactive, and hands-on with a strong "can-do" attitude.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willing to be based in East Java.
