Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and general tax knowledge.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial audits.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in comprehensive financial management.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
