Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Financial Reporting Analyst on behalf of a leading hospital group operator company. Role will be based in Pasig City. Presently hybrid setup but must be willing to work onsite whenever necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidation, analyses and reporting of financial/business data, reports and statements
- Variance analyses; identify trends and assist/make recommendations for improvements
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Licensed CPA (is a must)
- At least 5 years related work experience and with at least 2 years' experience in Auditing
- Worked with different Auditing firm such as KPMG, SGV, PWC, RTC and the like
- Good communication skills (both oral & written)
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports
