We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to support day-to-day flight operations and coordinating ground services to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless execution of all flights.

Job Responsibilities


  • Prepare and distribute detailed crew briefings, ensuring 24/7 support and updates to the flight crew.

  • Maintain accurate operational data and records in flight management systems, enabling smooth communication across internal departments.

  • Oversee flight planning and operational control, adhering to internal procedures and aviation regulations.

  • Arrange airport ground handling services and secure airport slots as required.

  • Liaise with third-party providers such as FBOs, fuel suppliers, aviation authorities, and customs for all operational and ground service needs.

  • Obtain necessary overflight and landing permits.

  • Provide timely updates on flight-related matters, including permit statuses and slot availability during the planning phase.

  • Ensure all tasks are executed with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Flight Operations, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience in a flight operations or dispatch environment.

  • Strong English language proficiency.

  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
