We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to support day-to-day flight operations and coordinating ground services to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless execution of all flights.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute detailed crew briefings, ensuring 24/7 support and updates to the flight crew.
Maintain accurate operational data and records in flight management systems, enabling smooth communication across internal departments.
Oversee flight planning and operational control, adhering to internal procedures and aviation regulations.
Arrange airport ground handling services and secure airport slots as required.
Liaise with third-party providers such as FBOs, fuel suppliers, aviation authorities, and customs for all operational and ground service needs.
Obtain necessary overflight and landing permits.
Provide timely updates on flight-related matters, including permit statuses and slot availability during the planning phase.
Ensure all tasks are executed with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Flight Operations, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in a flight operations or dispatch environment.
Strong English language proficiency.
Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
