As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of FP&A Manager. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description

Act as finance business partner to Sales & Marketing; analyze profitability, GTN, and pricing across channels.
Provide financial modeling for new product launches, market expansion, licensing, and CAPEX.
Collaborate with Supply Chain/R&D to manage inventory risk and optimize working capital.
Lead Annual Budget, 5-Year Plan, and Rolling Forecast cycles.
Drive predictive forecasting and scenario analysis (FX, raw materials, regulatory impact).
Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and deliver clear financial insights to stakeholders.
Conduct variance analysis (Price/Volume/Mix) and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Regional/Corporate reporting standards.
Automate reporting using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python/SQL).
Act as ERP super-user (SAP/Oracle) and strengthen internal budget controls.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred.
5-7 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
Pharmaceutical or FMCG background preferred.
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
Proficient in BI tools; knowledge of SQL/Python is an advantage.
Strong data storytelling, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
