Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager for a Large-Scale Entertainment Dining Venue who will be responsible for leading overall operations, driving financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences for a large-scale entertainment dining venue. The office is located in Makati.

Position Summary
- The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of the venue. This includes overseeing daily operations, financial performance, team leadership, and guest experience, while working closely with the Executive Chef and department heads.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of a large-scale entertainment dining venue (~1,000 sqm)
- Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house, kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams
- Establish and implement operational standards, policies, and service procedures
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, revenue performance, and cost control initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators such as foot traffic, average spend, and operational efficiency
- Drive profitability through effective planning and execution
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead department managers and staff
- Develop performance management systems and training programs
- Foster a strong, service-oriented culture and high-performing team environment
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional service standards and overall guest satisfaction
- Manage VIP guests and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and implement continuous improvements
Marketing & Events
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions, campaigns, and events
- Support social media initiatives and customer engagement activities
- Drive foot traffic through innovative and experience-driven programming
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, or large-scale restaurants
- Proven experience managing high-volume or high-capacity operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred:
- Experience in large hospitality groups, entertainment venues, or multi-concept restaurants
- Background in managing multi-department operations, including food, beverage, and service teams
