Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a premier, newly established wellness center in Bangkok, specializing in advanced, minimally invasive laser procedures across vascular, proctology, colorectal, and women's health. We are exclusively retained to appoint a highly accomplished and results-driven operational leader to serve as their GM for the clinic.

This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing operational excellence and driving commercial success from the ground up. The GM will hold overall accountability for the clinic's performance, profitability, and prestige. Key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations Leadership: Oversee and optimize all facets of the clinic's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution, clinical quality, and efficient resource management.

  • Team Leadership & Culture: Coordinate, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary team of clinical and administrative staff, fostering a high-performance culture defined by patient-centricity and professionalism.

  • Patient Experience Enhancement: Champion the patient journey, implementing world-class standards and protocols to maximize patient satisfaction, comfort, and positive outcomes in a sophisticated clinical setting.

  • Commercial & Marketing Strategy: Define and execute robust marketing and sales strategies to promote the clinic's specialized services and treatments, drive patient acquisition, and secure market share within the competitive Bangkok wellness landscape.

  • Regulatory & Quality Assurance: Ensure absolute adherence to all Thai healthcare regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and clinical governance protocols, maintaining the clinic's position as a trusted and compliant provider.

Job Requirements

  • A seasoned professional with a progressive management experience, ideally within the premium healthcare, specialist clinic, or medical tourism sector.

  • Demonstrated success in managing a multi-specialty clinical or day surgery center.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve operational KPIs.

  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a track record of implementing effective marketing strategies.

  • Deep understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent English communication is a must.

  • Speaking Chinese (Mandarin) or Japanese is a distinct advantage, as the clinic seeks to significantly expand its international client base from North Asia and the wider Asian market.
