Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a GM Mall Operation on behalf of our client, a notable Superblock Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the mall, including building management, tenant relations, leasing support, and traffic management
- Ensure a premium shopping experience through service excellence, cleanliness, safety, and ambiance
- Coordinate with marketing and events teams to support promotional activities and customer engagement
- Manage budgets, operational costs, vendor contracts, and service level agreements
- Oversee preventive maintenance and engineering efforts to ensure smooth infrastructure performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, key stakeholders, and government/regulatory bodies
- Provide leadership to the mall operations team, including training, performance monitoring, and team development
- Collaborate closely with superblock management on integrated facility operations and shared service strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in property or mall operations, with at least 5 years in a GM or senior leadership role
- Proven track record managing large-scale retail or mixed-use commercial properties
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent understanding of building operations, engineering, safety protocols, and service delivery standards
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Professional and service-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Background in hospitality, real estate, or property management is a plus
