Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing business group formed through the merger of two leading companies in brand aggregation and supply chain technology. The group manages multiple consumer-facing brands and provides end-to-end support including branding, digital strategy, and backend operations.
We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Business Development (Sales) to lead revenue growth across existing partner brands while expanding the company's external client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partner brands (account farming).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across relevant industries.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
- Strengthen commercial partnerships and build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (branding, digital, operations) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development and sales leadership.
- Experience handling both account management (farming) and new business acquisition (hunting).
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Background in brand aggregation, FMCG, supply chain, technology, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence.
