Head of BD (Technology)

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing business group formed through the merger of two leading companies in brand aggregation and supply chain technology. The group manages multiple consumer-facing brands and provides end-to-end support including branding, digital strategy, and backend operations.
We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Business Development (Sales) to lead revenue growth across existing partner brands while expanding the company's external client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partner brands (account farming).
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across relevant industries.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
  • Strengthen commercial partnerships and build long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (branding, digital, operations) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development and sales leadership.
  • Experience handling both account management (farming) and new business acquisition (hunting).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Background in brand aggregation, FMCG, supply chain, technology, or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence.
