As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of Head of Corporate Finance. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description

Lead corporate-level financial analysis and strategic finance activities
Build and maintain advanced financial models (project finance, valuation, scenario & sensitivity analysis)
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Perform data-driven analysis to support investments, capital allocation, and strategic decisions
Prepare management, board, and CEO-level financial reports and presentations
Work closely with senior management and external stakeholders
Conduct site visits to understand operations and validate financial assumptions

Qualifications

Master's degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Graduate from a reputable university
Strong corporate finance and financial modelling background (mining/energy experience is a plus)
Highly analytical, strong data capability; not operations-focused finance
Solid experience in budgeting and forecasting
Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, FMVA, etc.) are a plus
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Willing to travel for site visits
