Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an international banking and corporate financial service provider. The company has operated as one of the leading European banks which has been listed as one of the five largest banks in the world. The company has been providing financial service such as insurance, private banking and asset management etc. to corporate and institutional customers.


This position will be responsible for overseeing overall team performance of Credit Transaction and Client Referential team, ensuring proper deployment of regulatory evolution and requirement SLL (Single Lending Limited), BOT, IBOR etc., supportably coordinating with APAC team regarding credit model guideline, performing credit regulation report by using strong experience of all sub-functional areas of credit management such as credit risk, credit admin and etc.

Job Responsibilities

1.1 E2E CC TOM (process): Deployment, Continuity, Harmonization & Added value creation

  • Building the newly created Credit Transaction Management (incorporating Loan Servicing Middle Office) teams in strong coordination with local and regional management.
  • Deploy the TOM ensuring operational continuity & realization of saving plan (if any), ensuring validated value creation for our business & clients.
  • Contribution to process reeiginenering initiative

1.2 E2E CC IT (tools): MyCreditApp and programme industralisation

  • Contribute actively to the roll-out and adoption of MyCreditApp in Thailand.
  • Contribution to other tool- related initiatives (loan memo automation, TOKOS decomission, etc)
  • Involvement in the second phase of program industrialization on post approval side, analyzing/Identifying within local Credit Operations (excl Loan Servicing - BO activities) the ley levers to achieve it.

1.3 Control & Process within Credit Operations (excl Loan Servicing - BO activities)

  • Bring direct contribution to company operational permanent control framework
  • Ensure harmonization of controls definition & contents vs GCP
  • Ensure harmonization of relevant support documents supporting the performance of control
  • Ensure appropriate resolution or escalation to management and/or permanent control (for compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
  • Ensure adequate follow-up and timely closure of audit recommendations/Risk ORC action points/ incident action points

1.4 Regulatory Projects

  • Lead & Coordinate Local Credit Operations teams (excl Loan Servicing - BO activities) to ensure proper deployment of regulatory evolution & requirements (SLL, Regulatory Data Transform Project : Credit Phase of BOT, IBOR etc)

1.5 Control & Process within Credit Operations

  • Bring direct contribution to company operational permanent control framework
  • Ensure harmonization of controls definition & contents vs GCP
  • Ensure harmonization of relevant support documents supporting the performance of control
  • Ensure appropriate resolution or escalation to management and/or permanent control (for compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
  • Ensure adequate follow-up and timely closure of audit recommendations/Risk ORC action points/ incident action points.

Team Lead of Client Referential and Loan Services Middle Office

  • Lead, supervise and make sure the BAU of Referential and Loan Services MO team members go smoothly and efficiently
  • Actively participate in review of operational procedures to ensure changes in regulatory / system / operational requirements /customer requirements are handled timely and professionally.
  • Monitor and ensure that all the controls and processes of Referential and Loan Services MO are complied with regulations and the bank's expectation. This includes but not limited to the quality of services provided to us by ISPL team.
  • Ensure all upcoming TOM Model of Regional are adopted smoothly in Thailand.
  • Contribute to achieve and ensure the team have no repeating of critical audit findings; and audit recommendations

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the banking/finance sector necessary
  • Good understanding of Financial/Banking products
  • Good understanding of risk concepts and methodologies
  • Excellent Knowledge of legal documents and credit processes e.g. credit documentation and collateral handling etc
  • Good understanding of transaction workflows, booking concept and booking system
  • Being familiar with local regulations related to Credit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Possesses high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information; maintain Bank's privacy by keeping information private
