Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a notable Financial Technology Company. Our respected client is seeking a qualified individual as Head of Funding and Treasury to expand their business. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with founders and C-level executives to steer funding and partnership strategies.
- Initiate and conclude funding presentations, oversee due diligence, and secure favorable financing.
- Manage investor relationships.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls for compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify target banks and financial entities based on existing relationships (Banks, BPR, BPD, multifinance entities, etc).
- Strategize to optimize cash flow, oversee liquidity, and secure operational funding.
- Implement Asset and Liability Management (ALM) strategies to optimize the balance sheet and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Strong track record 10+ years with min. 2 years of Funding experience in senior roles within FinTech or lending institutions; FinTech and Banking combined experience preferred.
- Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills.
- Capable of independent work and hands-on execution.
- Mandatory fluency in English.
