This role is responsible for leading and overseeing IT infrastructure and operational governance within the organization. The position ensures system stability, security, regulatory compliance, and alignment with regional headquarters while supporting critical banking operations and risk control processes
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team covering Servers, Network, and Databases.
Drive initiatives and guide the team toward achieving challenging infrastructure goals.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure stability and service continuity.
Provide professional infrastructure support for various IT projects within the branch.
Coordinate closely with Japan Headquarters and the Singapore APAC Regional team for joint projects and alignment.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve IT infrastructure.
Design and execute employee engagement programs that align with the organization's mission, vision, and culture.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure (Servers, Network, Database).
Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
Strong command of business-level English communication.
Self-driven, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities
