Monroe Consulting Group is representing a leading telecommunications company seeking a Head of IT & Cybersecurity to lead enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity strategy across Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute IT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals
Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, and incident response
Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
Manage IT Helpdesk operations and end-user support excellence
Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA)
Manage IT budgets, vendors, and service providers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity (Master's preferred)
Minimum 10 years in IT leadership with strong cybersecurity focus
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong background in enterprise systems and IT service management
Mandatory certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor (preferred)
