Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Local Conglomerate Mining company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a Head of Legal with at least 10 years of experience and has a well rounded understanding in Mining Industry
Key job responsibilities include:
- Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
- Cooperate with the management for devise efficient strategies
- Regularly monitor compliance and internal governance policies
- Evaluating and conduct research in different risk factors in regards to business decisions and operations
- Applying effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on any possible legal issues
- Negotiate and communicating with external parties (regulators, external counsel, and etc )
- Drafting agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure company legal rights
- Dealing with complicated matters with multiple stakeholders
- Overseeing legal service delivery to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience as a legal counsel in Mining Industry
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to create proactive legal strategies
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law
- A well rounded communication skills
