Head of Marketing (Retail)


Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a leading beauty retail company to recruit a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing. This role is perfect for an experienced marketing professional who is passionate about brand building, consumer engagement, and driving business growth in the beauty and retail industry.
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a key leadership role in developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, enhance customer experience, and maximize market share.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Lead brand development initiatives, ensuring alignment with company vision and market trends.

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce campaigns.

  • Drive market research and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.

  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

  • Build partnerships and campaigns to increase brand visibility across offline and online channels.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, ideally in beauty, retail, or FMCG industries.

  • Strong experience in digital marketing and brand management.

  • Proven track record of driving brand growth and delivering measurable marketing results.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for beauty and lifestyle trends.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
