Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the outpatient department staff.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of department personnel.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outpatient department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure timely appointments and treatments.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality patient care in compliance with hospital standards and regulations
- Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Develop and manage the department's budget.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of care.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Initiate and oversee quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in healthcare management, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting.
- Proven track record of leadership and operational management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
